#Chalewote2017: The Melanin Six Pack Squad, The Fine Guys&Girls, The Amazing Arts,The Crazy Outfits And All The Fun You Missed
Chale Wote is an annual street art festival (Ghana Coachella) which takes place in Ghana and last weekend, Jamestown, it's normal venue was lit with so much fun and beautiful moments as people from different countries and all walks of life came through to participate in the event.
People attend this festival to socialise, have fun, and to see all of the amazing paintings, artistic works and creations, cultural performances and traditions, interesting games, stage performances, and a whole lot other fun filled activities Ghanaians, have to offer.
There are also those guys who show off their very well built melanin, chocolate looking, 'touch me' muscles to entice the ladies and to annoy the guys lol. (My friends and I were on the look out for them but we were, unfortunately, missing them).
This year's event is my 3rd experience and I enjoyed it as I enjoyed last year's (My first experience in 2015 was not as fun). I attended the last two days, ie: Saturday and Sunday, and I did have fun, especially on Sunday. The hip hop jam at Yoyo always makes it better. It is always lit.
For those of you who missed this event, and for those of my readers who are not in Ghana, here are some of the fun and beautiful moments from the event, in the pictures below.
